I am used to researching building permit records on all houses my clients buy before they buy them, but in the case of a house in Encinitas, I can’t be sure if the information is public. Online searching doesn’t tell me much. I will go to the city in person if I have to. Thanks!

I live in Mississippi. I’m worried my wife may be messing around and I’m sure she is hiding money, there’s just too many clues that lead to that conclusion. Any help in finding out what’s going on would help. If there is some way of knowing of an account she is keeping secret please fill me in.
