where can i find the exact dates of when i was employed at my previous jobs?

Call the previous employers and ask them. The HR departments should have that information.

perhaps just putting the approximate dates… write “approximate” next to dates & this will be sufficient as long as you have the Company name & locations.

Let me tell you, the applications that don’t ask for their phone numbers to call, don’t worry about the exact dates, because they don’t plan on finding out anyway, but the ones that do ask the phone numbers, if you’re not exactly sure about how long you worked there, just guess approximately. They’re not going to refuse you for not being exact.

look on your paystubs or old w2 forms from last years taxes. call your hr depts.

The unemployment office has an accurate list of dates and names of previous employers.
