Forget it, nothing is free. The only way I know how you can get it done for free is to have a connection in law enforcement, and the person owes you a favor.

If you know the county you can start there, all court info is free…

If it is public information, go to the records section of the courthouse and sit there for hours looking it up. They don’t put it online.
